Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between Aidan Partners Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202603095602) ("we", "us"), which runs Studio Artisan at https://laras.studioartisan.my, and the business using it ("you"). By signing in and sending us a photo, you agree to them.

What the service does

We take the photos and short videos you send us, together with the caption you write for each one. We assemble the post for each platform — adding the lines and hashtags you told us to always include, and keeping it within that platform's limits — check it, and post it to the social accounts you have connected: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and X.

• Nothing is published until you allow it. A new business starts with every post waiting for someone to read

it, and with publishing switched off entirely until you turn it on yourself.

• We hold anything that looks risky rather than posting it: a photo or caption our checks flag, anything with

a price or a claim we cannot see a source for, anything we could not check because a service was down. Videos and TikTok posts always wait for a person, whatever your settings say.

• We are not a social network, and we do not read, reply to or manage the comments and messages you receive.

What you are responsible for

• The accounts. You confirm that you own, or are allowed to post to, every account you connect, and that you

keep to that platform's own terms. They apply to you as well as to us.

• The content. You confirm you have the right to use every photo, video, logo and name you send us, including

permission from anybody recognisable in them, and that what you send is lawful.

• What goes out. You write the captions; we assemble, check and publish them. You are responsible for what is

published from your accounts, which is why we ask you to approve posts and recommend you keep doing so.

• Your people. Anybody you invite can send photos and approve posts for your business. Remove them here when

they leave.

What you must not do

• Post other people's content as your own, or anything illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful.
• Use the service to post for a business you have no permission to post for.
• Try to reach another business's photos, posts or accounts here, or to get past the checks and limits.
• Automate the service beyond your own posting, or resell it as your own, without our written agreement.

If you do any of this we may stop your business's posting immediately. We will tell you why.

What we promise, and what we don't

• We will keep the service running with reasonable care, and back it up.
• We cannot promise it is always available. The platforms we post to change their rules and their software

without telling us, and they sometimes refuse or remove posts for reasons we are not given.

• We do not promise any result — no reach, no engagement, no sales.
• Except where the law does not allow it to be limited — and it does not allow it for death or personal

injury caused by our negligence, or for our own fraud — our liability to you for any claim, or for all claims in any twelve months taken together, is limited to the greater of what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim and «a fixed floor — one number, for example RM1,000. Worth deciding rather than copying: while the service is free, what a business has paid is nothing, so this floor is not a floor at all, it is the whole of what we would owe anybody. Too low reads as meaning it, too high is a promise nobody checked the company could keep.». We are not liable for lost profits, lost custom, lost goodwill or indirect loss, and nothing in this section limits what we owe you under the privacy policy.

Money

The service is free while we are starting out. There is nothing to pay, there is no card to give us, and nothing here is an offer to sell you anything.

If that changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before the first charge, by email to the address you sign in with, and you will have to agree to the price before anything is billed. Saying no is not held against you: your posts keep going out until the notice runs out, and you can take a copy of everything and have your business deleted at any point, as below, at no cost.

Stopping

• You can stop whenever you like. Ask us to delete your business and we will, along with everything kept for it

(privacy policy).

• We can stop working for you with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you break these terms in a way that

puts us or another business at risk.

• Posts already published stay where they are. Delete them in the platform's own app if you want them gone.

Changes

If these terms change we will put the new version on this page and tell you by email before it applies to you.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Malaysia, and its courts deal with any dispute.
